Terms and Conditions of Advertising on Casabase

Casabase reserves the right to alter or amend any advertisement submitted by the seller/advertiser.

Casabase cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to the seller/advertiser for any reason whatsoever.

Casabase accepts no responsibility of any nature for the content of the advertisement.

Casabase reserves the right to delete any advertisement it considers abusive, offensive or misleading. No refunds will be given.

All prices for property sales on Casabase are in Euros.

Casabase does not guarantee that the operation of the Casabase site will be uninterrupted or error free. In this case Casabase will not be responsible for any damages to the seller/advertiser, including loss of profit or indirect damages.

Sellers/Advertisers are entirely responsible for all content and postings to Casabase and indemnify Casabase against any costs incurred relating to the content of advertisements.

Casabase cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright law resulting from material supplied by sellers/advertisers. The seller/advertiser warrants that he/she is the owner of the copyright and indemnifies Casabase against any action brought for breach of copyright.

Casabase reserves the right to refuse any advertisement for inclusion in its database.

All advertisements are on a 6 month basis. If an seller/advertiser decides to remove their property from the database within this period no refunds will be given.
